Terms of Sale and Use
Last updated: September 2, 2026
These terms cover https://theamazonia.shop, the waitlist, and anything you order from us. The Amazonia runs the site and sells the products. Using the site means you accept what is below, so it is written to be read rather than skimmed past.
How an order is accepted
These policies apply to every order placed on The Amazonia. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@theamazonia.shop and a person will answer.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when the order ships. If we cannot fulfil an order we cancel it and refund it in full.
Products, prices, and availability
Prices are in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for the goods, plus $6.95 flat shipping and any sales tax your state applies. We do not add handling charges, service fees, or anything else at the last screen.
Colors, textures, and scents shift a little between batches because the raw materials do. Photography and 3D renderings on this site show the product as accurately as a screen allows. Stock runs out, sizes change, and we can correct a price that was posted wrong. If we cancel your order for any of those reasons, you get the full amount back and an email explaining why.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we email you that it shipped. Payment runs through Stripe on a Stripe-hosted page, so your card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers. We can decline or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, ships to an address we cannot serve, or came through a pricing error.
Using the products safely
The Amazonia products are cosmetics intended to cleanse, moisturize, and beautify. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
These are cosmetics, not drugs, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Read the full ingredient list on the carton before you use anything. Patch test on a small area first, especially if you react easily to plant oils or added fragrance. Keep the products away from your eyes and out of reach of children. If your skin reacts, stop using the product and talk to a doctor.
Federal law makes the responsible person for a cosmetic take in and keep reports of serious adverse events. The rules accept a domestic address, a phone number, or an electronic contact, and ours is hello@theamazonia.shop, monitored by a person in Los Angeles, California. Write to us and we log it, keep the record for the period the rules require, and pass it to the FDA when the rules require that too.
Shipping and returns
Delivery windows, carriers, and costs are on the Shipping page. What you can send back, and how long you have, is on the Returns page. Both are part of these terms.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves nothing, buys nothing, and commits you to nothing. You get email about the launch only if you ticked the marketing box, and every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.
Using the site
Do not scrape the site, hammer the API, probe for holes, resell the products as if they were yours, or pass yourself off as us. The investor section is passphrase-gated and the material behind it is confidential; if someone hands you the passphrase, that is not permission to pass it on.
What belongs to whom
The The Amazonia name, the logo, the photography, the 3D models, the copy, and the code on this site belong to The Amazonia or to the people who licensed them to us. You can share a link, quote a line with credit, and screenshot a page for your own use. You cannot copy the site, sell its assets, or use the brand marks on your own products.
What we promise and what we do not
We promise the products arrive as described and unspoiled. Beyond that, the site and its content come as they are, with no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent your state allows those to be disclaimed. Some states do not allow it, and there your rights stand untouched.
Limits on liability
The Amazonia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the site or the products. For anything else, the most you can recover is what you paid for the order in question. None of this limits liability for fraud, for personal injury caused by our own negligence, or for anything else the law says cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts sitting in Los Angeles County, California, and both sides consent to that. Nothing here takes away a right your own state's consumer protection law gives you.
Changes
We can update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one posted when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you which that is.
