The Amazonia

The ritual

Morning To Night

The line was built as a sequence, not a shelf. Four pieces, four moments, in the order they were meant to be used: sugar and cacao at the start of the day, a hand cream through the middle of it, a slow bar in the evening, three drops of oil at the end. It takes about ten minutes across a whole day, and those ten minutes are the product.

  1. Body Scrub

    Step 1

    Body Scrub

Morning. Polish in circles on damp skin, rinse, breathe.

Take a small handful onto damp skin in the shower and work in slow circles from the ankles up, then rinse warm. Two or three times a week is plenty; the oils do the rest on the days in between.

  2. Facial Oil

    Step 2

    Facial Oil

Night. Three drops, pressed into clean skin, from the center out.

Three drops into clean, slightly damp skin at night. Press it in rather than rubbing, working from the center of the face outward. It layers over a serum and it works alone.

  3. Hand Cream

    Step 3

    Hand Cream

Anytime. A pea-sized amount, worked into cuticles and knuckles.

A pea-sized amount, worked into the cuticles first and the backs of the hands last. Reapply after washing, as often as the day calls for.

  4. Soap Bar

    Step 4

    Soap Bar

Evening. Lather slowly, let the cacao note settle, rinse warm.

Work the lather up in your hands or on a cloth before it reaches your skin, then rinse warm. Keep it on a dish that drains between uses and the bar will outlast the box it arrived in.

Nothing here has to be done in order, and nothing here has to be done at all. It just works better as a sequence, which is why the set exists.
